great location , but parking issues

The spacious deluxe triple room provided ample comfort for our family. The breakfast options were varied and fresh, with delicious bread that made each morning delightful. Our terrace offered a stunning city view, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Navigating the parking was quite tricky, especially with luggage.

I loved the clean rooms, but the shower tiles needed better cleaning.

Our experience at Hotel Galija was incredibly frustrating. The front desk staff was unresponsive and dismissive, complicating what should have been a straightforward process. the shower in our room was inoperable, and the thin bedding did not provide the comfort we expected for the price we paid.

Rooms could use better soundproofing!!! Hot water availability was questionable during peak hours!!! Cleanliness needs a serious upgrade, especially in bathrooms!!! Communication regarding room features should be clearer !!!

The location was an absolute highlight, as it was just a short walk from many sights like the Venetian Fortress and the Arch of the Sergii. The room was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options that fueled our busy days exploring Pula. It was convenient finding parking nearby, although navigating the streets with a lot of luggage was a bit tricky. it served as a great base for our family getaway.
